In an atmosphere “green and yellow”, colors of Brazil’s national flag, integrated communications agency Netza, which creates live marketing stunts, developed an internal marketing campaign to employees find themselves portrayed as players in the limited edition of a sticker album called Cup of Netza.
The relaxed action “Netza Cup” invited employee to present their side “less photogenic”, choose their team player, wear his shirt and take a photo to compose the album. The campaign aims to integrate employees using the theme of the World Cup.

“With this action, we engage our team and create a pleasant environment for them to take on the spirit of the World Cup, encouraging them to cheer for the national team, wearing the shirt of Netza and to seize this moment in our workplace” explains Fabiana Schaeffer, managing partner of the agency.
On 06/06, some of the staff and clients of the agency started the big jackpot Netza, which uses an exclusive digital platform created for all to deem their hunches. In this action, the top five will be rewarded with TV, coffee machine, iPod, among others prizes.
The idea is to make a physical wall, that will be a big sticker album which will be released to every Netza superstars in a very entertaining way. During the month of the biggest sporting event in the world, the agency also provides several actions in terms of ambiance, cocktails during the games in Brazil, among others.
The internal campaign began on 20/05, with a teaser sent to reviewers: “If Brazil is going to be hexa, nobody knows. But at least here in Netza, we will lift the cup.” The closure will take place on July 14 with the announcement of winners and presentation of awards.
