Vegan and futuristic popsicles

Food designer David Marx is the founder and creative head at The Science Kitchen in Berlin, a food lab focused on re-inventing food in innovative ways. He created the ‘KYL21’ popsicle, an eye-catching, vegan and lactose-free popsicle that comes in precisely sculpted geometric shapes.

Seeking to “translate emotions into fantastic food products”, his keen eye for design and aesthetic is shown in these gems of edible art.
