Um Agency activate Orsa's 2014 Sales Convention

The stage was built with cardboard boxes provided by the client, which not only encouraged sustainability, but also made so that every participant had more contact with the product they sell.

The Um Agency used creativity and innovation, its trademarks, to produce Orsa’s International Paper 2014 Sales Convention, which took place at the Royal Palm Plaza in Campinas (SP).

The stage was built with cardboard boxes provided by the client, which not only encouraged sustainability, but also made so that every participant had more contact with the product they sell.

As part of the actions taken for the event, a letter interacted with the participants and the convention’s theme. By following the route described in it, Orsa’s IP employees were informed about the next steps of the event. This way, they were able to set up an agenda for more fun and dynamic activities.

“The concept of sustainability is worked beautifully by Orsa IP. Therefore, all the event planning was thought to emphasize this feature. We, from Um Agency, always seek to emphasize our client’s values in the actions we produce”, explains Taila Teixeira, Um Agency’s Audit Director.

All 95 guests attended to a themed dinner. The scenery was assembled to simulate a pub, complete with games, ambient lighting, photographic set and bar food. All this to the sound of roadside rock.
